• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They are converted to cash only after the wagering requirements have been met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Winner Baji platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, or operating an account in a third party's name.
• Attempting to gain an unfair betting advantage through match fixing, insider trading, or any other dishonest means.
• Accessing the Winner Baji platform using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to hack accounts, phishing, or stealing another person's information.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to exploit bonus terms (bonus arbitrage).
• Harassing or threatening Winner Baji staff.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.

Winner Baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances.

• If false or inconsistent information is found in the details provided at registration.
• If evidence of suspicious betting patterns or system abuse is detected.
• If the required documents for identity verification are not provided.
• If a member requests to close their own account or apply for self-exclusion.

If an account is closed through no fault of the member, the full balance will be refunded. Conditions apply to the refund of any bonus balance.
